The Local Plumbing team Serving customers in Sausalito, SAN RAFAEL AND Petaluma
WHO WE ARE
Local Plumbing is an Irish-owned, boiler, hydronic heating and plumbing service repair team and when you call us, you are getting more than just a run of the mill plumbing repair team. We take pride in our name and being Marin and Sonoma Counties LOCAL plumbing service company. Our headquarters and homes are in Sausalito and Petaluma and that is why 99% of our work comes from our neighbors throughout all of Marin and Sonoma Counties. We are actively involved in working with organizations and groups in our local communities and we proudly display SONOMA - MARIN on our trucks and shirts, not the Bay Area or Greater San Francisco because we are committed to our local community.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
"Lead from the Trenches, Build for the Future."
At Local Plumbing, leadership isn't about titles — it's about action, standards, and service. We lead by example, we own our work, and we constantly push for better — not just for our clients, but for each other.
Our leadership culture is built on clarity, accountability, and care. We believe in working hard, communicating clearly, and doing the right thing — especially when no one’s watching.
We’re not here to be the biggest. We’re here to be the most trusted..
Local Plumbing Core Values Model: “D.R.I.P.”
D – Do It Right, Every Time
- Excellence is our baseline. We don’t cut corners. We don’t make excuses.
- Whether it’s a boiler install or a leaking faucet, we take pride in every detail.
R – Respect the Trade, the Team, the Client
- We honor the craft. We show up on time, clean up after ourselves, and communicate like pros.
- Everyone deserves respect — from the apprentice to the homeowner.
I – Improve Relentlessly
- Feedback is fuel. We don’t fear mistakes — we learn fast and grow faster.
- Our systems, our tools, and our people should be getting better every month.
P – Play as a Team
- We’ve got each other’s backs. Lone wolves don’t last here.
- We win as a crew — from the office to the field to final job completion.
